This policy covers settlead.com, the website you’re reading now. It does not cover the Settlead application itself (app.settlead.com), which clinics use to manage patients — that has its own terms, accepted by each clinic when they sign up, and patient data there is never covered by this page.

When you fill in the “Book a demo” form, we collect what you type into it:
We do not currently use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers on this site. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard technical logs (like IP address and request timing) for security and reliability, as any web host does.
To get back to you, arrange your demo, and understand who’s interested in Settlead so we can improve it. We process this on the basis that you gave it to us voluntarily, for this purpose.
We use Resend to deliver the email your form submission generates to our team. We don’t sell your data or share it with advertisers.
For as long as we’re in touch with you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact if we don’t hear back, in case you get back in touch.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — just email hello@settlead.com. If you’re in Türkiye, see also our KVKK notice for your rights under Turkish law.
